- Drivers: if you can't see around a corner then no amount of training will enable the driver of a blue-light vehicle to do so either

- Over and Under-developed senses of humour

- People who allow others to interupt
- People who don't learn even basic phrases whilst visiting a foreign country

- Stopping suddenly in a 1 tonne car when a 5 tonne ambulance needs to pass... safely
